Todd Hallett
Todd began his design career at 19 years old working at first as a draftsman, then a designer at Mayotte and Associates. Todd developed his design intuition for 8 years until he became the only person, except principal Ron Mayotte, to take on design duties in the history of this prestigious firm. During this time Todd obtained his Bachelors of Architecture degree from Lawrence Technological University.

Seeking additional knowledge of the construction end of the business Todd took employment at Delcor Homes, a building/development company. He strove to learn every aspect of the business. Using his creative background he developed construction solutions allowing Delcor to become the first builder in the nation to become ISO certified. Todd ultimately became the President of this 50 million dollar company. During this time his work was published on the cover of Professional Builder, in Builder magazine, Construction Today and recognized by consecutively winning the last seven Parade of Homes in the Detroit area.

 

Katie Hallett
Katie started her career in the Building Industry in 1989 after graduating from Michigan State University. From 1989 through 1999 she learned the Detroit Market by establishing Sales and Marketing strategies for several Builders. In 1999 Katie became the head of Sales and Marketing at Delcor Homes.

During her tenure as head of Sales and Marketing Katie obtained her Broker's License. She also became involved in the Sales and Marketing council of the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan. She was on the Executive Committee from 2000 through 2002 and then was nominated to be Chairperson of the Committee for 2003.

Katie has achieved great success in sales as well as marketing. She was awarded Print Advertisement of the Year for 3 consecutive years for the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan along with best brochure design. It was her eye for marketing that awarded her the prestigious appointments by the Building Industry Association to perform plan review for two consecutive years.
